If an objective requires a player to destroy one or more units, 60 NEIGHBORS 61.9 those units can be destroyed by producing hits against them, Two players are neighbors if they both have a unit or control a playing action cards, using technology, or any number of other planet in the same system. They are also neighbors if they both have abilities that use the “destroy” terminology. a unit or control a planet in systems that are adjacent to each other. a Forcing a player to remove a unit from the board by 60.1 Players can resolve transactions with their neighbors. reducing the number of command tokens in their fleet pool is not treated as destroying a unit. 60.2 Players are neighbors if the adjacency of systems is granted by a wormhole. 61.10 Players can score some objectives by spending resources, influence, or tokens, as described by the objective card.
