35.8 If a player resolves an exploration card that has an “attach” 37.3 If at any time the number of a player’s non-fighter ships in a header, they attach that card to the planet card of the planet system exceeds the number of tokens in that player’s fleet pool, being explored. they choose and remove excess ships in that system, returning those units to their reinforcements.
