66.2 To resolve the primary ability on the “Politics” strategy card, can produce and where that player can place those units. the active player resolves the following effects in order: a A player cannot produce a unit on a planet they do not control. i. The active player chooses any player that does not b If an ability allows a player to produce a unit in a system, have the speaker token. The active player may choose themselves as long as they do not have the speaker they may produce that unit in the space area or on a planet token. The chosen player places the speaker token in they control in that system. their play area; they are now the speaker.
