20.1 Each player begins the game with eight tokens on their so that the amount of commodities that player has equals the command sheet: three in their tactic pool, three in their fleet commodity value on their faction sheet. Then, those tokens are pool, and two in their strategy pool. placed faceup in the commodity area of that player’s faction sheet. a Command tokens in the strategy and tactic pool are placed with the faction symbol faceup. 21.4 When a player replenishes commodities, that player takes the commodity tokens from the supply. b Command tokens in the fleet pool are placed with the ship silhouette faceup.
